I moved here last year 2014 and deeply regret that I signed a lease. The unit it's self was not an issue, everything was up to my satisfaction. The only thing I was concern the rent amount increase by 40 bucks. I looked around the market place rate and I was so shocked that management will increase a rent this high. went from 700 to almost 750 for one bedroom 667 sqft. I'm glad I gave my 60 day notice fast enough before they empty my bank account. I notice few major problems (being as honest as possible). Students from CFBISD live here (even thought this complex is assigned to DISD). Management need to take more walk through to check whose staying at the units. Another major issue was our bedroom window is facing parking lot and people need to take into consideration not to talk SO LOUDLY pass 10pm. You can't sleep at all hearing all kind of NOISE under your window. It gets so loud I go sleep in living room. If people want to talk they need to go stand farther from windows so people can rest, specially hard working people whose paying there rent on time.
