We moved in a few years ago and have been extremely happy here. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful and when we turn in a maintenance request it is always taken care of quickly. I see the maintenance man picking up the lawn every day so it looks nice when I have guests over. I will say that sometimes on the weekend people set trash around the dumpster instead of in it but as soon as Monday morning comes the staff picks it all up and it looks good again. We have a dog and love the dog park and that there are dog stations throughout so we have bags handy to pick up after our pet. Overall...great staff, great location, great choice!
