When I first moved in I did not have a working refrigerator. I had to go buy ice to keep my food cold in the frig. Then it took a whole week before the situation was resolved. That means I had to eat out for a week after moving, this put me in a financial bind! I have electrical problems now that I haven't even turned in because I don't want anyone in my home when I am not there. Not to mention a complete lack of responsiveness. I was told they would call before coming to my apartment, THAT NEVER HAPPENED!
