in college station you really can't find a good apartment complex. up until a month ago i was "satisfied" with the complex, but now i'm ready to move. first of all, i live in a one bedroom. my utility bill is higher here than it was in my three bedroom house. the a/c is old and doesn't work, hence the high bills, management will not upgrade to new unit.

looking at my hot water heater, it uses the most amount of electricity that hot water heaters take, and they are small. get use to cold showers.

i have two dogs. if we take the dogs to the perimeter of the property, we don't have to pick up after them. people continue to let their dogs leave their little suprises for me in front of my apartment, and management charged me for this. obviously i'm not going to pay for this fine.

two weeks ago, someone stole my clothes from one of the laundry areas while they were still in the washing machine. management has done nothing about this problem either.

parking is herendous. don't even think for a minute you'll be able to park close to your apartment.

the person who lived upstairs, moved out. when she moved out, not only did she damage the building, but also some of my personal things. management is refusing to pay for it, stating that she has already been given back her deposit.

overall, i'm not happy with this complex. i would not reccomend these apartments to anyone. i have noticed that cspd patrols this complex more than any other place i live. actually, i've gotten to know one of the officers because she is there so much. now when she has to come to the property, she will knock on my door to ask me where the building is she is looking for. good person to know, but just the same makes me wonder. this is not worth the money, look somewhere else.
