I have lived here since June of 2012. I re-signed a lease after a new management company bought the complex. I haven't had any major issues at all with maintenance or with the property manager. Ever since Zach has been there it has been nice. I had a HUGE issue when I first moved there in 2012, and they were less than helpful but now whenever I call with a problem they come out and fix it immediately. My water heater started leaking a few months ago and when I called the office to tell them they sent someone right away to fix it, and I actually got a brand new water heater the very next day. The only problem I would say I have is that my rent was increased when the new company took over. I was paying $495 for my one bedroom, but now I pay $510 plus a $20 water fee. The internet connection is EXTREMELY slow, but better than it used to be. They keep improving the service though.
