A neat place for students at Texas A&M University. It has all amenities like pools and a workout center. Bus stops are right next to the apartment. The community is pretty quiet and staff are very helpful. The apartments are good value for money.

Maintenance and office staff are really friendly. The complex is old (I have mold concerns)--but issues that arise are quickly resolved. If you work normal hours, it will be a struggle to get into the office or attend any social events.

Love it! Although it is older, everything feels very updated. It is a very spacious apartment with a very reasonable price. Maintenance requests are always completed very quickly. I've never felt unsafe at the complex. I love inviting friends over and showing them my apartment.

First I am very happy to hear you have had a good experience with my staff we all strive to provide the best service possible to our residents. I do understand your concerns with the construction and painting of the property. We have steadily been renovating and improving our community which is handled on a corporate level and I would like to apologize if you had any inconvenience while these improvements were in process. A preventative maintenance item handled by myself or my maintenance staff is the walk around of our community and we occasionally deliver reminder notices for anything we see a the time of our inspection this is solely so we can continue to provide a clean environment for our residents. I know you are having issue with the railing by your unit and I have reach out to my general contractor today to discuss possibilities of removal or adjustments to improve your living experience.
