Hello thank you for your review, we want everyone's experience here at Redford Park to be a great one. We are diligently working with our vendors to address any concerns that may arise. As far as the online fee there are other alternatives. We would love for you to come by the office to discuss other options. There are circumstances when our maintenance staff may need to enter to address emergency issues that maybe affecting another unit or the property. However they always leave a service ticket filled out and signed. Please feel free to come to the office so we may better address your issues. Respectfully, Management
