Maintenance Issues
I actually like my apartment layout and the building is quiet. The office staff, well, they're never professional. Half the time when they write up a repair request, it doesn't get done because the maintenance staff doesn't know what was really requested. Theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I have lived here 18 months and I would not trade it in the work. Property is well kept, quiet, leasing office is professional and maintenance crew is very responsive. Golf course right around the corner and cable provider is Verizon (Fios). This place isā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I should have known when I walked in to rent, when Heather acted like we were disturbing her 'Facebook' time, we were in the wrong place. Unfortunately we were in a bind and had to move right away, and didnt have a whole lot ofā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I just moved in last month and after living near DFW, the traffic noise is non exisitent. Much sooner hear cars and trains than airplanes and jets every few minutes. The grounds are well kept and all the dog owners seem to followā¦Ā See More >anonymous

A Community worth finding & living in for awhile!
As long time residents we've found Oaks at RiverChase Apts. an outstanding community. They have an excellent business office. On-site security officer diligently does his job and cares about keeping our homes safe. The front office will jump to take care of what you needā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Good place to live
I've lived here several months now and love my home. The price and space are comparable to the area. The apartments were designed well so not to hear neighbors. The only thing I wish they'd spent more money on was insulation! Electricā¦Ā See More >cowboyfan09

Section 8 - You can definitely do better in the area
The property is overpriced for what you get. For the same money, you can find a much better location and square footage somewhere else. Some of the previous reviews are dead on about the train tracks and shoddy shape of the buildings themselves. Onā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Half good half rude
At least the manager is friendly and one of the girls in the front but you're right one is really rude and haven't really talked to the one in the office but she doesn't seem very nice. Maintenance guys are great though.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

horrible management staff - some should be fired
The place is alright if you dont have to deal with the horrible and extremely rude management staff. I had read lot of reviews about the rude management and had to experience it first hand. This needs to change.

about the reviews
I strongly doubt some employees wrote reviews on this website since there were so much misleading information.
