I have lived in apartments my whole life and this is the best one I can remember. You have to remember that an apartment is not a hotel. You are GOING to live in a close proximity to other people. All apartments have paper thin walls and the occaisional odd tenant. With that being said, I absolutely loved the time I was at Bay Tree. I have only had to call maintenance on the rate of about one time per year. They always responded promptly and took care of the issue. The management staff has always been polite and courteous. Even with the addition of a second cat, the ladies at the office were more than happy to work with us on the additional deposit. You can't ask for a better place to live. :)
