I used to live at BayPoint and had such a different experience than the reviews I have been reading.I was always treated respectfully in the office, and loved being right on the bay. The staff was very helpful and always seemed eager to help us. The community is beautiful, and I felt like I found a diamond in the rough since there were no other places that compared to the location and charm.
It was pretty clean, but I never have been able to understand why people don't walk the extra 5 steps to the dumpsters. Parking was cluttered in the area but that was the worst part.
The only reason we moved is because we bought a house, but I would recommend living there to anyone.
