Okay. I really enjoyed the memories I made while living here for the six months that I lived there, but here were the problems: First of all, they seem to have problems with replacing old carpet with new. It happened when I moved into the two bedroom and then when my then-roommie moved into his one-bedroom on the same floor. We happened to know the previous tennants of that apartment, and they were smokers with pets. Same carpet. Then there's the more hefty issue that no one seems to know about...If you're on the first of second floor (I was on the second) and the people above you don't dead-boldt their french doors during a rainstorm with heavy wind...their french doors may blow open, and their apartment will be flooded and your ceiling will cave in. Our ceiling caved in. Furniture was ruined in the apartment above us! Water on my brand new laptop. Our wooden tables! Everything! According to the people in the office, this was not the first occurrance. This is something everyone should be warned about before they move into these apartments, yet no one ever is. Also, there is A LOT of drug activities in this complex. I'm sure it's no different anywhere else, but since the hallways are enclosed, it can pose a bit of a privacy issue, and I just don't think it's the best place for families. Other than those issues, which you'd think would make me hate the place...but they didn't at all, I really loved living there! I'm considering moving back into this complex...on the third floor.
