My stay so far has been fair to average. We moved in here January of this year and the first day we entered the apartment we were met by very foul smelling water in the apartment as well as the water was not heating. The toilets keep clogging up, the dryer does not work properly and the kids' showers have stopped working. We still make do with the situation since we do not want to seem as difficult tenants however, it seems that they think we are somehow clogging the toilets on purpose and issues such as this coupled with the shower not working is not 'high priority', especially on weekends. How would you feel with a toilet bowl in your apartment that is overflowing with faeces on a Friday through the entire weekend as well as a big family having to use one toilet and bathroom? I think I should be able to fully utilize what I am paying for. This complex can be a great place but Camden needs to address these issues because they will lose excellent tenants.Please, can do better guys!
