First and foremost, Camden Copper Ridge sets the standard in terms of excellent customer service and an efficient move-in process. Coming from a military background, I have lived in multiple states and cities across the United States and Camden Copper Ridge has by far the best staff I have ever interacted with. I moved from Los Angeles to Corpus Christi in order to start graduate school at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Before my move, I did an in-depth analysis of all my possible living options with considerations to safety, customer service, cost of living, centralization, apartment condition, and online reviews from multiple sources (Apartment Ratings and Google). After doing online research on every single apartment in Corpus Christi, Camden Copper Ridge met my criteria for all the factors listed above and was instantly within my top three choices. When I contacted the leasing offices of my top three choices, Camden Copper Ridge stood out because of how genuine Marisa and Kena were, which ultimately became my deciding factor to move here. I tend to ask a lot of questions because I have experienced both good and bad management in the past. Marisa and Kena took the time to answer several of my questions, elaborate on all associated costs and fees, and explained how the application process works. The application process was straight forward and I completed it through their well-structured website. I also decided to wait to sign the lease until I had a chance to look at the specific apartment I was going to live in and this gave me an opportunity to thoroughly review the lease online prior to moving in. During move-in day, Marisa gave me a tour of the community and my apartment, which was in great condition, then I was able to finalize my lease all within 20 minutes. They even left a "welcome" gift bag in my apartment on move-in day, which I really appreciate as well. Their online platform, known as MyCamden, is very well-organized and makes it easy to pay your monthly rent, receive the latest news from the staff, and interact with your neighbors. MyCamden also allows both the residents and staff to keep online records of the leasing documents and monthly payments, which prevents the possibility of lost paperwork. Lastly, I can tell the leasing staff cares because they are proactive with finding the best ways to optimize everyone's living experience, they respond to all resident messages on the MyCamden portal, they send follow up emails just to check on their residents, and they always have a smile on their face when you pass by the leasing office. Marisa, Kena, Brittney, and Sarah have made this a great experience for me thus far and I am glad I made the decision to move here.
