Office Staff
To the public these apartments are very appealing. The staff was very friendly when you first go and take a tour. Upon moving in I decided to read the reviews and I was horrified that I had signed with them. It stated that cars were broken into all the time, the staff was rude and was no help, and the apartments was filled with bugs. I moved in there and the first week there was three car break ins. The staff was not there to help and none of them will admit they ever said anything. So I have four people telling me different things, and then they say they have no idea what was said and if I come to them with a problem they say they will fix it and never do. I have mold growing in my apartment, bugs everywhere outside which caused me about $900 dollars in vet bills. If you have problems with the office staff, there is no corporate office that you can go to. You have to email them and they don't respond. The GM, Monica, has told me repeated things and then when I go and address them with the office, she states she never said that. I am a person that likes to figure things out for themselves but listen to these reviews. They would have saved me a lot of trouble. Instead of paying my 1200 in rent now my rent is 1400 they say my contract has changed but what do you know, it was news to me.
