Any positive review about this place should be viewed in light of when the tenants stayed at the Sterling Apartments (formally Normandy). I don't know about the Normandy management but I moved in this complex on the 6th of September 2013 (approx. one hour after the new management took over, so history began with me!!!) it is sad, because I feel like I am wasting my time writing this review because people need somewhere to live and the management knows this, so people will keep moving in no matter what others write. The management, as people, I would say are nice, but that is not what counts when I am paying $1375 plus utilities per month for a three bedroom. At this moment I am in my apartment without air conditioning since the night before and even though I wrote a letter to management and hand delivered it still nothing was done. All tenants here are living under a heavy construction site, with no consideration at all. the primary goal here is to sign up more and more tenants and those of us here are disregarded when we request maintenance, no matter how small. this place is roach infested to say the least.
