I have seen this community go downhill over the past few years. They still keep up basic appearances but the staff and management are completely coasting. There is always new staff who seem to be left to the wolves with no procedures and customer service training. There is no follow up or follow through on anything. No maintenance requests are completed, no complaints are ever addressed, nothing that involves investing even a little bit of money is done. Forcing tenants to pay for a service they refused is particularly egregious, I am certain many residents did not even notice when a parcel pending service fee (which is a third party package collection company that still requires your credit card on file to charge you additional fees or they will return your shipment back to sender) snuck onto their rent because the management did not feel the need to notify anyone. It is a shame that living here is needlessly frustrating.

We're disappointed to read that you haven't been enjoying some of the changes that have been happening in the community as of late. Although we're sorry that you're not pleased with our package locker system, many residents enjoy the security and 24-hour access it allows. We fulfill maintenance requests in the order in which they are received, but residents can always give us a call to check on the status. We'd like to learn more about some of your concerns, so we hope that you'll stop by our office at your earliest convenience so that we may work toward making your stay more comfortable here, thank you.
