Looks good from the exterior with a lavish office, but the reality check: in terms of amenities 1) Swimming pool is closed for renovations just as the summer began. 2) the Gym is under upgrade, no weights are available at this point, although I was told 2 months back when I was leasing it will be coming in any day. 3) you are charged a compulsory $85 fee concierge fee, for covered parking, trash, sewage, and parcel pending(a sneaky way to make extra money). 4) Charged $50 for key fob for the gates entry, one of which is permanently broken( and i am told that will not be fixed) and 2nd one is (the main gate) is always open, so think of this as NOT GATED community. 5) Charged another $30 for transferring the electric meter reading. Please mind that you will have to pay separately to the electric company while getting the connection the above 2 points are something which were never discussed with me before signing the lease. Again its not the 80 bucks but the intention of the staff to get customers by lying. Security: Please be sure that this property is NOT A GATED community, and you will find the gates always open day or night. So if you are concerned of the safety of your Family, there are much better options available. Bottomline: They call these units as remodelled, when in fact these are just upgrades done to the kitchen and the bathroom sink. The AC unit is loud as formula one race car and no one bothers to fix it even after repeated complains. The staff is so busy getting customers in that they forget about the pending service requests. The mandatory concierge fee is ridiculous and you find out about this only after you have signed all the lease documents.
