Everything is pretty good. Apartments are updated and nice. Having the garage is a plus. Access to the inside is great because not just anyone can come in. Theres a sense of safety that you get with that.

Its very peaceful! If almost feels like residences get screened cause everyone is extra friendly. The apartment management staff are super friendly and cordial, along with the janitorial staff. The gym is also the BOMB.

Wish the floors were better insulated because some upstairs neighbors are not so courteous in making noise late at night with how heavy they walk. Other than that the community is great the area makes everything easily accessible and the people seem friendly

Berkshire needs to screen applicants more throughly when filling a management position. The staff at Berkshire at Auburn is lead by management who is very unprofessional. The bad quality runs down hill to the staff be supervised. One bad apple makes the whole bunch rotten.
