The pool areas and gym are both really nice and well kept. I pretty much love everything about this place. I love that there are multiple Luxer package pick up locations because it's convenient when my package is in the same room as my mail. Sometimes I have to get my package from the other building but it's nice when it's in my building. The hallways are pretty long, and elevators sparse, so that made moving in a terrible experience, but when is moving fun? The only reason I rated the sound 4 stars is because living in a unit on NW Hwy, there is constant noise from traffic, but you get used to it and it's honestly not bad. Also I believe the units are pretty sound proof, but I don't know if there's even anyone living above me to test this theory, and I know for a fact the unit that shares a wall with my bedroom is empty, so TBD on intra-apartment sound. The worst thing about this place and why I rated safety 3 stars is the parking garage. I used to hate parking garages with speed bumps but now I understand why they're crucial. People are flying into the garage, around corners, and out of the garage. Too many times have I been exiting my car about to walk out behind my car when there's a giant truck going 40mph down the lane. Even people driving up the parking garage. It's definitely a safety hazard for kids, which there are some here, but also adults... Parking garages are full of cars and people going to and from their cars, but the concern for safety isn't enough to make people drive slowly by choice with the lack of speed bumps, resulting in an unsafe parking garage. Most people do drive safely in this garage, but I can specifically name and point out the 4 or 5 cars that are ruining the environment for everyone else.
