Resident 2018 - 2019

5/29/2020

Former resident at Aura Prestonwood now Berkshire Amber. When I lived here, I was involved in an accident where someone hit me in the parking garage. When trying to get any assistance from the apartment, they were reluctant to help in any way. I am no longer a resident but work nearby. Today my boyfriend walked in to simply use the restroom (as we used to live here and know that there is a public bathroom). As he walked in, instead of being greeted by staff, Crystal rudely asked "What do you want?" and that he was not welcome. This obviously was an act of DISCRIMINATION. What if he was trying to inquire about the property? Maybe he needed to be white to receive common courtesy? Who knows but this is not the first time we have experienced discrimination by the staff. Extremely happy that I no longer affiliate with Berkshire as I have seen many reviews about the staff: bad attitude, reluctant to help. Never seems to change.
