Hello Verified Resident 752864, thank you; we appreciate your feedback. I'm not aware of any known pest control issues in building 2. We have been informed of stepping up patrol in the area in regards to non-residents entering the community after hours. We would really appreciate you reporting this to 311 when you see this occurring. This will help us monitor the situation a lot closer. This is confidential and a police officer will be notified in order to ask the non-resident to leave our community and not return since this is private property. The gates are mechanical and they do come off track from time to time. We try and get them up and working as quickly as possible when this occurs. Verified Resident 792842, your feedback and rating mean a lot to us. I apologize, you experienced the alarms going off. We are required to keep our fire system up to code for your safety. Periodically when we have to have repairs or replacements completed in our riser rooms, we are required to turn the water off temporarily. Usually, the repairs take no longer than an hour or two. We always send a notification when this occurs. Also, we are looking into adding additional package lockers to help control the package overflow. The fitness center may be closed for approximately a week in order to update and install the new equipment. Also, the clubhouse will be updated in a few short months. One of the goals is to provide longer hours of access to the clubhouse. A couple more things we have in store are the pool areas and outdoor kitchens, in which both will be receiving updates as well.
