Bluff's Of Lakewood
Resident · 2013
The Bluffs of Lakewood is average, and in some areas below average. The walls are thin and you can often hear your neighbors (nothing specific, just outlines of conversations and music). The appearance is truly dull and uninspired, but for the price - it's livable. I've never had a problem with parking. I've never felt threatened or that my safety was in jeopardy (though, I am a former Army Infantryman.) The construction (speaking for the non-upgraded apts) is boring and outdated. Though, the upgraded models do look fairly nice for the area and the price range. The staff constantly changes, about every 3 months or so - there's new staff members. There's been about 4 changes that I've known, and I lived there for a year. So whatever policies the staff put in, wait a few months and you'll be getting new ones. I just rolled my eyes, and acted like I never even saw the flyers with the new policies listed - as it's usually fluff and them trying to crack down on whatever problems are arising. But, again - wait a few months and ---- will change.
