Not worth it, at all. The staff's lack of common sense and competence is alarming - usually incompetence gets you fired, but not here. It was well over 5 months after they had everyone come get new security fobs that they actually started using them (meanwhile, we were toting around two trying to figure out IF they were ever going to be implemented). There were plenty of thefts last year at the pool and when you inquire about all the security cameras they claim to have implemented for security reasons, they said DPD advised them it was better NOT to have a camera there. Meanwhile, these new fobs they're so proud of are pointless as I can count on one hand how many times I've needed it to get into my hallway (which opens into the guest parking area, so hey, free for all on the 4th floor). Management counts on residents to report all items around the property to fit when a simple stroll around property would show them everything. They claim they've done things to mitigate noise with construction and nearby businesses, but it's just smoke and mirrors. Virgin Hotel construction noise begins before the city's mandated 7:00am start time, but they've done nothing. Residents have to post on the community board how to report violations because office staff won't (in reality, I think Virgin Hotel is just paying penalties or a councilman, but there's been zero effort on the apartment's part). They don't enforce rules at all (granted, the trash company will report you if you put your trash out not in a can, regardless if the hall floors are wet and disgusting - so keep in mind that sanitation is no excuse). Plenty of dogs on the banned list roam the property, the entire property smells like a big hot box, and parking in fire zones is apparently encouraged as I've yet to see a car towed in over 3 years here. If you do decide to move in, make sure you have excellent insurance because with the number of fire pits and grills on patios, it's only a matter of time before a fire happens. Also, be cautious walking around outside since there's a black feral cat that's had numerous litters that's being fed, and that cat is a beast and loves to come out of nowhere. I haven't dealt with maintenance lately since we've managed to go a year without our a/c breaking and them blaming us. We really just use them for light bulbs now and deal with anything not working (such as our ice maker) since Hildo is incredibly unprofessional towards us and what he "fixes" seems to break again in the near future and we'd rather not use vacation days to sit around waiting for him to come (our dog doesn't do well with strangers in our place, even when crated). But I can't wait for Camden's "we're sorry to hear you're disappointed... we strive to make this a safe place" bull that they throw in any direction in attempt to avoid addressing any issues.

We understand the new access system for our community took longer than expected to be complete. We are excited that it is now active and a great benefit for our community.
