Our 2 main complaints came to a head when the cleaning crew changed a month ago. #1) The property has never been more dirty, smelly and grungy. The tile floors in every corridor, foyer, and hallway are now mopped with dirty water that smells like dog bath water. The mop buckets are constantly filled with gray, filthy water and never seem to be filled with clean water with cleaning solution. The cleaning crew does not use soap and when you ask about the dirty water, they say they don't have any cleaner or soap to use. Every elevator has a sticky film on the tile from coffee spills, dog urine, and foot traffic. I can't remember the last time I've noticed anyone in them mopping or cleaning. The carpeted hallways are caked with mud and dirt and show stains more now than ever before. I have contacted management multiple times, only to be told that they do not have any managerial say in directing the cleaning crews. #2) I am not sure who is in charge of replacing dog waste baggies or removing the waste in the bins. Since the cleaning crew change, there are no dog waste baggies in the dispensers and they are hardly refilled leaving the property and dog lounge surrounded by so many poo landmines making it a challenge to dodge where you step. #gross The waste in the bins collects and is not being thrown out often leaving a nasty smell when walking around the property. For Fairfield to claim this a luxury complex, it would be nice for the management to take a bit more pride in the property.

    Dear s.s.m., Your feed back is greatly appreciated. We take pride in Cantabria being a great place to live and we encourage all of our residents to feel free to reach out to management at any time with any concerns they may have. We have recently changed cleaning companies in an effort to give our residents the quality of living we feel they deserve. I will definitely share these comments with our new crew and staff. Also, know we did send out an e-mail property wide to our resident letting them know we were working to rectify the issue we had encountered with some areas of the common area floors.
