This apartment has been going down hill recently. When I moved in early 2011, it wasn't that bad. The maintenance response sucked, but it was fairly normal. However, the residents that have been allowed to move in recently are sketchy at best. There's a coke dealer downstairs, a group of 7 -------- living in a 2 bedroom, and a very volatile couple on the corner that fight every night. I couldn't handle the atmosphere anymore. The apartment's building materials are already cheap (they patched a hole by putting duck-tape over it and then painting over that) and there is no insulation to keep out the noise. So, I moved out. I was left with nearly a grand to pay on my move-out notice. Yet, I left the place spotless. Who knows why they charged me? They probably need the extra money to make up for all the trashy people that are destroying their apartments. Unless you want to follow this place down hill, don't make them an option.
