The only two complaints I have are that the dryers never get fixed and the leasing staff are never in the office. Every time I do laundry, what should take 1.5 hours, actually takes 3 due to 3/6 dryers being broken. They haven't been fixed since I moved in last August. As far as them not being in the office, that's particularly frustrating because when I have packages delivered to the complex, they'll stay in the office for days because every time I walk over to retrieve them, no one is there. And it's not just because they're out to lunch, but they'll just randomly close without a warning or reason (like today). I don't understand how they get new residents when that is a weekly issue. Oh, and one more you're not on top of your bills, they'll unfairly charge you late fees. I was told by one of the staff members that if the rent amount wasn't correct due to my student discount, then I could adjust it myself. Well I did that, and then a week later I had to pay a late charge of $75.
