The price is good, the location is nice, but the managers are impossible to deal with. It s just not worth it. Those managers will use their 7-page small print extended sheet contract to systematically screw you out of as much money as they possibly can in terms of hidden costs, as well as try to invent costs and penalties that are not even in the contract. They were not AT ALL proactive about solving problems, and they reported me and my cosigner to the credit bureau without so much as notifying either one of us. When we solved the problem and asked them to remove the report, they responded It s not our problem. I am in the military and I received orders to active duty and when I told them I was not going to renew my lease, they tried to charge me for 2 months rent BEYOND the lease agreement! I finally managed to resolve that utter nonsense (which wasn t even in the lease agreement) by explaining the situation to their higher management which I was able to get ahold of only after repeated attempts. Then, when I called The Gallery to go over what I needed to do to finalize the paperwork, Juanita, th manager there, gave me a long, angry, spiel about what a terrible person I was for talking above her head, and kept on interrupting me and frequently repeated herself as if she thought I was some kind of moron. They also refused to send my final paperwork to my address of record, and insisted that I drive two hours to sign it at their office, where they charged me $20 more than the final price we had agreed on, which I just decided to pay, because at that point I just wanted the nightmare to end. These people are rude, unprofessional, condescending, and unscrupulous. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!!!
