SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Hello, thank you for your feedback! We sincerely apologize about the recent water shut-offs. The on-site team is performing work that is required of them by the city. Management is about 50% complete with the entire property, and they try to limit the shutoffs to every two weeks until the project is finished! With the pool construction, the team is aware that it can get a bit dirty, so they try their best to maintain the cleanliness of the corridors. They have recently invested in a machine to help increase the cleaning efficiency and effectiveness! We take the safety of our residents very seriously, so if you see something, please let the team know immediately so that they can take the appropriate action. Management has not been notified of any maintenance requests not being completed or taking a long time to complete - if this is the case, please do let them know so they are able to resolve these for you! Please know that our staff is working hard to ensure that our property is well maintained. We are going through renovations at the property and it has been a dusty at times. The pool is closed since we are doing renovations there as well. But we do have our groundskeeper walking grounds and mopping the hallways to keep them looking nice.
