I was here during the transition to new management (Bell Partners) and have thoroughly enjoyed their management style. In addition to quick maintenance resolutions the front office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. One of the perks is immediate access not just to Deep Ellum and Uptown but also 75, 35, and 30. Not to mention there is a Kroger, Walmart and Target all within walking distance. Oh yeah and What-a-burger for your late night needs!
