Pro: -Location Con: -Noisy (building does not have good soundproofing) -Dirty community/public spaces (trash in hallways and parking garage; pet waste in hallways and pet park) -There have been multiple car and apartment break-ins. Management has done little to increase the security of the complex. Their go-to response is providing residences with "tips" to be safer, instead of taking steps to increase the security of the complex. -Maintenance staff takes longer to complete maintenance requests than in the past. Some requests took unreasonably long to complete (sometimes as long as over a month). Some requests were never completed, but they send out e-mails saying they did. When you contact them about it, there is usually no response. -Responsiveness of management staff is hit-or-miss. IF you can get a hold of them, they are nice, professional, and helpful. Sometimes e-mails, phone calls, and voicemails are never answered. Also, management staff don't always follow though on thing they say they are going to do. -They are currently renovating, so they are constantly shutting off the water. Usually it's for an entire day every other week. It's understandable but very inconvenient. If you don't want to have to put up with it, I would suggest moving in after they've completed the renovations.
