The move in process has been hell, as far as the help of everyone that works there. My arm went off one night, no one knew the company name nor did they help. I had to call a fireman to come help. As far as moving in, the WiFi and cable box was not in the room, I had to go to spectrum and pay money to get them, when I was told they would be provided. My package was in the office for a whole week, and no one notified me. I finally went down there when I realized it wasn’t ever delivered.
