I have been here 5 whole years, almost 6. I am lazy and hate to move. So folks I have seen a big change here I think some of it has to do w/ the H5 construction-massive undertaking.
They have been through so many management companies, too. At one place I lived before, in Phoenix, I felt like I got more for the $ got covered parking didn't have to pay extra for it etc.
But the "biggest" deal is the price. When I moved there January 2000 it was $898 for a 663 sq ft apt. Now I have 2 bd 2br for $875. what else can I say I really am trying to stay with facts not opinion.
What is "good" and has spoiled me it the location-where 75 and 635 come together. But yeah, the "landlord" refused me new carpet when I had a drain spill and stay like that for a week (I ws out of town). It still smells.
2 yrs ago I needed my dishwasher fixed and I had to wind up calling the City of Dallas. Dig.
try it you might like it but it was a lovely place back in 2000.
