I am still at The Lure. I've been here for almost 2 years. The only negatives I would say is that the gym is a bit tiny and the pool is never very lively (but that may be a plus for some.) It is a beautiful pool, just a little small for me. I've been amazed at how peaceful the apartment complex is especially given the area it is in (even weekend nights). The major positives for me are the staff - especially the assistant property manager who has always been very responsive and helpful in answering my questions or resolving any issues I have had. I have also been very impressed with how quickly the maintenance staff responds to any issue I may have. I typically receive a response and resolution the same day - even had the Assistant Property Manager respond to me on a Sunday when my air conditioner stopped working and Maintenance was out the same day to fix it. I wasn't expecting a response until Monday at the earliest so that was quite impressive. They also recently started doing social events once a month which I haven't made it to yet. Although I don't have pets, it's a great place to have a pet and I like all the ducks around. Yes the tenants could pick up after their dogs a little better. Overall, It's been a great experience. Although I'm not renewing my lease in June as I'm moving in with a friend who has a house, I would def. consider moving back to the Lure in the near future.
