If your going to live in Victory Park, there are much safer and more secure complexes to live in. This place doesn't have a door person, you can just walk right into the older buildings without a key, card, anything. There are gates but they are frequently broken or propped open, and everyone gives the code out to everyone they know anyway. Oh and it's also a hotel, so people are always in and out with suitcases having parties and inviting random people over. Its a cool looking place but I do not feel safe here and will leave as soon as my lease is up. It'd be one thing if rent were cheaper than the other nearby (much safer) buildings, but it's not, it's the same price if not more, considering the appliances here are 15+ years old and everything else in Victory Park is pretty much brand new.
