my fiance and i were in the process of movin in back together. I was moving from Atlanta. during the time of our apartment search we had visit many apartments w/ some that were reasonable prices and some out of our budget. We happen to come across Reflections Apartments which appears to be a well kept decent apartment on the outside. We went in and asked about pricing and floor plans which we found an one bedroom apartment being very spacious and what topped our heads was the free washer and dryer so we decided to move here
Since the day of moving in we notice some maintanance problems which were completed on the inspection form such as carpet not being well mounted down, tearings inside the cabinet, chipped paint, the flushing of the toilet and our refridgerator not working at the time of move in. It took about 3 weeks for us to receive a working refrigerator, after having to cuss out the manager. I reported about us needing a refrigerator maybe 3/4 times a day and it never got done.
I called about the toilet not flushing properly and it took about a week and a half for someone to fix it, in which honestly its still not flushing properly. When there is a maintance request and it is reported to one of the staff members its like it goes in one ear and out the other. They'll say someone will be there to get you out there face and no one comes and when you telll them you've requested service they say they its not in the maintance request book for someone to come out and service your apartment
The apartments could be a whole lot better with a new staff that cares about their tenants and w/ a new maintance crew
