The property management is non-existent. Residents park in handicapped and visitor spaces so there are none, amenities are trashed, and my floor constantly wreaks of pot. Complaints are ignored. Be prepared to pay A grade rent for a trashed fraternity house.

    Thank you for your review. We value the feedback from our residents and appreciate you letting us know about some of your concerns. We do have a parking company that monitors the parking garage and will tow any violators. We were also aware of the residents that were throwing the trash outside of their apartment and they are no longer living in our community. If you are still seeing this occur, please contact the office as soon as possible so we can address the issue. Regarding the smoke, The 23 is a non-smoking community. We have determined who was responsible for the smoke and they are also no longer residents of our community. Thank you again and please contact our leasing office so we can discuss your concerns in more detail.

        Hi, thank you for the review. We understand the guest parking frustration and we too wish that we had enough free guest spaces for every resident and their guest but because we are in an urban environment, parking is unfortunately very limited. That is not to say that things may not change in the future, we are always looking at ways to improve. Our goal is to ensure all our neighbors are provided with the best living experience that we can offer so it is great to hear that we have been so awesome and helpful!

        Everyone here goes the extra mile to provide an upscale, full service, enjoyable living experience. The 23 is loaded with amenities, from infinity edge pool, conference and work space, recreation area, amazing gym, and walking distance to great restaurants, movies, groceries, shops etc.

          The amenities and apartment layouts are just awesome. Proximity to the American Airlines center means that there is always a great time to be had. The number of restaurants/shopping/bars that continue to open up in Victory Park, make The23 a great place to live!
