Dear Resident, We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback about our community. We strive to provide the best living experience possible and understand the water shut offs can cause an inconvenience. We do our best to provide advanced updates on water shut offs due to renovations. Our Construction Partners are relocating water lines in some homes that are under construction. We try to only shut off water once a week generally between 11am to 3pm. The only time we are not able to provide more than a 48 hour advance notice is when our maintenance team has an unforeseen emergency. Please keep in mind if one building's water has to be shut off, all buildings in the same quadrant will have to be shut off as well. We have renovated approximately 70 percent of the homes. I assure you once renovations are complete the shut offs will not occur as often. I would like to discuss in further detail on the noise concern.
