Lived here for 8 months.
$5 per assigned parking space, even though assigned, nothing is done if someone parks in your spot. Repair requests can be added online or in person, timeliness not a concern. Because I have pets, I requested that repairs be scheduled, so my husband or I could be present or know what day to lock up our pets (dogs usually roam free in apt due to long hours at work). Never contacted and if contacted, never show up on scheduled days. Never leave notes in apt letting you know they came in & some requests made cancelled without notice.
Moving out early, put in 60 day notice. Told to pay 1 lump sum of 2 months rent (Still 2 mo. here) + reletting fee (price not in contract) + 2 months additional rent (why? Not in contract for getting out of lease) + allow for pre-move out inspection (within 7 days of returning form and still have 2 months still living here(not in contract)).
Apt complex is now harassing us. Calling unnecessarily much while we are at work. On my off-day, they came by, took pictures around apt, inclu poop in grass, no proof that it's from my dogs and told me to clean it up, told me contractor was coming soon to do repairs, 4 guys show up 4 hrs later without notice or intro.
Would not recommend this complex. Don't get many amenities for cost of apt and manager David is pain to deal with. 2 ladies in office (Katy and Natalie, Beth left) are good, but they are not in charge of anything that happens at complex. Most money must go towards making what prospective tenants might see, look good.
