    Awful, horrible, disgusting. Submit work orders, they say they complete them but never do. Noisy neighbors, nothing is done about them, constant arguments and fights, kids knock on your door, and smoke weed by your apartment, no one does anything about it. The management needs to be fired, you communicate with them they do absolutely nothing but play on the phone and act like they are trying to help. Kia is the only professional who tries to help with anything. If you have any other option, take it, this place is the worst, they should be paying people to stay here, Do not throw your money away on this trash!!!!

      -Constantly said work orders were completed when no one came -Zero background checks have been done on tenants because have been sandwiched between disgusting families or drug users, several tenants own dogs without leashes or exceed the limit -Was forced to move into a one bedroom apartment during a remodel, was without AC while they put new units in and forced to pay same amount when normally I lived in a two bedroom. Also infested with roaches. -This is NOT a gated community, nothing is locked or secure -Pool is only for show, at best, it's only open a week out of the year, if that. -Laundry/mail room is in squalor and vandalized, washing and dryer machines are very poor, some mailboxes have no doors -Repeated shutoffs with the water and electricity, no notice until after -Roach infestation -Was giving an unwarranted eviction notice, even though timely notice was put in and paid the proper partial rent -Old management (Selma) did not give info to new management, which prompted the eviction notice -Any damage on the property was blamed on innocent stray cats -Refusal to address which tenants threw rocks through windows including ours, said we need police report they… See More>

        This is a Horrible place to live. I wouldn’t recommend anyone living in these apartments. The front office is no help they don’t care about there tenants only the money. They don’t keep things up in the apartments you have to call multiple times before anyone come to check out your problem. I’ve been a full 12months and only the first 3months were good. Then they got new management and it’s terrible! They are bed bug and roach infested and they do not take care of that you have to pay outta pocket. They don’t offer pest control but your charged for it with you rent ..... I repeat DO NOT look into these apartments The LoRen Nor the Sophia

          I am extremely happy with my new home. The location is perfect not only to my place of employment, but to a multitude of great restaurants! The community is quiet and peaceful. I love the staff, they are so helpful and friendly! I would recommend this location to anyone!

            Where do I begin. First off the parking spaces are so small that other cars will ding your doors and you have to park in the permit section if a spot is available. At times I had to squeeze out of my car because the spaces are so small. If you park incorrectly you will be towed quickly and the office doesn't care, it seems they make money off cars being towed. The apartment itself isn't bad, I am a very clean person however I have seen roaches here and there. There are illegals living here, and next door to me there are 8 of them living in a two bedroom apartment and they are always loud and drinking outside, which isn't cute. There is trash all over the grounds and beer bottles, this place is a dump. The laundry facility is a train wreck half work, half don't and its dirty inside. I guess the office pockets the money because nothing is ever fixed here. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I hope they tear it down soon because it should be. P.S. Don't move… See More>

              No recomiendo hay infinidad de cucarachas y salen por todos lados,las salida de los aires se respira a diario olores a mariguanas el ruido es pesimo alarmas de carros todo el dia peleas de los vecinos gente loca gritando y aventando la puerta de los departamentos ,no puede uno dormir tranquilo me llevo muy mala experiencia de este lugar......,,,,,:-(

                Its ok i guess

                My lease is up in a couple of months. I havent had any real negative issues. Just wish my parking spot was closer to my apt! Other than that its been ok living here. I cant speak for the Hub or the Harvey's, but I dont have a roach problem in my unit at the Montage. It's all how you maintain your apt. I guess. Oh and my unit is real small, thats why I moving when my lease is up. If it were bigger I probly would have stayed. I've never had a problem with maintnence not responding, they come quick and do a good job.

                  save your money

                  Well a lived there for six months January 2010- July 2010 and let me tell you my experience.There is a lot roaches everywhere on the roof,floor,bedroom,bathroom,kitchen on walls. They only give you one space for the car and be careful where and how do you park your car,because the tow truck is there all the time.The light is comercial and is too expensive and the air condioninig doesn't work. The noise of the airplanes is also all the time 24 hours and that's gonna bother you. Also you can never ever talk too the manager why? I don't know but, she is always busy supposedly. The laundry is unsafe becareful if you go alone,once I was there and somebody threw away some and broke the window other day there was three man drink beer inside. I hope this help you to take a decision where to live

                      A friend of mine just moved in to this property .. He seems to like it so for. While i was there i didn't expercince any noise but i did see folks standing on the stairrails which i wasn't to comfortable. When we came to visit we parked on the street only because we wanted to.. But it was ok for the time we was there.

                        You get what you pay for.

                        I have lived at The Montage for a little bit under a one year, and i can not wait untill my lease is up! I think since i have lived their i have seen the manager once, i have tryed to talk to here and she is never around. Parking is a joke,Your car will get hit and if you dont find a parking becouse it is limited you have to park out in the side of the road. When you first look in side the apartment it looks ok but as you soon find out their cheap and old. My water pipe broke and it took them three days to replaice. The walls are thin so you here EVERYTHING! I wish someone would have told me it would be like that i would have NEVER moved in.

                          Horrible, but convinient.

                          From the moment you drive in your car will experience torture due to the rails that hold the security gate, so expect front-end suspension problems. The apartments look run down, there is visible trash through out the parking lot, and the most convenient gates are always closed. Tenants are only allowed one parking space per apartment. Parking sticker or not, your car will get towed sooner or later. Keep your food in safe close containers due to the roach infestation. There is a problem with tenants who truly like their loud music especially in the afternoon. Tenants must pay their rent on time or an eviction notice will be served unless the tenant gives notice of the delay; nevertheless, a $10.00 a day late fee will apply until rent is paid. The rent is a little high for an efficiency apartment and it gets worse as the apartments get larger. The door looks like the type that are used in closets (not very strong)which can easily be broken down.

                            Lived here for six years, bad roach problem, too many managers to count, nothing is ever done, by the managers...the manager we have now does nothing when you have a complaint or concern. I would never reccomend this place to anyone - they do nothing to tenants that are loud, and causing trouble...

                              Treated as 4th class citizen

                              When the Harveys Raquet Club burnt to the ground, the manager had no sympathy for anyone living in our complex. I was 2 or 3 days late on my rent, only because payday fell after rent day, but the manager barged into my apartment while I was in the shower. After seeing every inch of me she stated that she had 300 homeless people to deal with and I better pay rent that day or else. The next day I was served with an eviction notice from Dallas County. I took my rent check (plus late fees) to management, and she flew into a rage saying that it was too late. They were more worried about making sure the -------- had a place to live, than a real American like myself. As far as I know the manager is gone, which would mean shes like the 4th or 5th there in just a year......says alot huh????

                                BAD CHOICE

                                The neighborhood is incredibily bad. I had my truck stolen once and towed twice from this place. The management takes no responsibilty. Please consider another place to live, it wasn't a good choice for a single, young female.

                                      I wouldn't send my enemies here

                                      The staff lies, is slow to respond to requests, and will tell you one apartment number you when you put down a deposit but not tell you until you sign the lease and have already filled out your change of address that you'll be in a different unit. They wait until the last minute to do all of your paperwork and run your credit check so that you don't have adequate time to correct problems. The apartments are small, dirty and there is a common roach problem. The kitchen is smaller than the closet. I can't wait to move.

                                        Ideal Location, Very close to dwntwn uptwn Friendly Staff

                                        I like this b/e it's so close to everything. I can save alot of time and gas and hang out. Also, it's closer to the UT Southwestern Medical Center so I can save lot of time going back & forth to my work and to the library for my studies.
