I have lived at Summer Villas for about 6 years, and about to sign a lease for the 7th and I love living here. The community is fairly quiet and the tenants are courteous of one another. The staff always handles maintenance issues quick and in a timely manner. The neighborhood is pretty nice also. Plenty of dining, a little shopping, and grocery stores all within walking distance. The only downside I've found so far is that the apartments that face the street tend to hear alot of the traffic noise from frankford. All in all, not much to complain about. Pools, dog walking areas, and covered permit parking. It's not the Ritz but it's reasonably priced and a great area of town. I would and have recommended Summer Villas to friends.
