It is evident that there are aspects of living at our community that do not meet your desired expectations and we appreciate you for sharing them with us. In regard to security, we have Signal88 security services monitoring our community after office hours and our courtesy officer on-site to help deter any unwanted activity. We want our residents to feel comfortable at our community and your observations are quite concerning. Dear resident,Thank you for taking the time to review our beautify community Windsor by the Galleria. I am pleased that you are not able to hear any noise from your neigbors. Although we are located right across the Galleria, we are also centrally located to many things to do around our neighborhood, it is nice that Target, Whole Foods, Walmart, Trader Joe's, Central Market, Tom Thumb and much more are less than a 10 minute drive. Dear Resident, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that your experience at Windsor by the Galleria has been anything less than stellar. Our team is committed to providing superior service to our residents. We value our residents and do understand how upsetting it can be when an incident does occur. Our gates were severely damaged during an incident and had be removed. We have ordered Rytec high speed gates that will be installed this month. We are taking these matters very seriously and have hired two patrol officers and are in the process of adding more limited access points to deter unauthorized entry into the community. While we do have several deterrents in place such as garage gates, a FOB system and cameras to aid in the prevention of incidents, it is not possible to ever guarantee that an incident will not occur on our property or in the area. I am available at your convenience to personally address any additional questions or concerns you may have.

As you mentioned, we have recently had vehicle vandalism's in the Galleria area. Windsor will be installing new Rytec high speed gates that will provide a more efficient entry and exit into our garage. We still have the deterrents that were previously in place such as our after-hours security patrol and we also added a Dallas Police Courtesy officer and a designated security officer to monitor traffic at the garage entrance. We do have a fee that allows us to have a service dedicated to maintaining the appearance of the community common areas.
