Resident 2020 - 2021

Short answer: STAY AWAY I decided to wait a year before I write a review and give this place a chance, I still have about 4 months left on my lease and for almost $700 a month, I’m not Impressed. The BIGGEST issue I had here was when my former roommate first moved in. He was given a MASTER key by management. How do I know that? Well we tested it on all our bedroom doors and our mutual friends front door (with permission.) Opened every time. Keep in mind he tried to get a replacement. Took like a month to finally get a true replacement. That’s where all my problems started. -elevator is out of order at least 3-4 times a month now. -gates were kept open for MONTHS. -my gate fob is crappy, tried to get it replaced no dice. -hot water heater is funky, sink hot, shower not. -balcony door funky, wastes heat. (Have issued work order, temp fix) -FILTHY, the lobby is all nice and clean but everywhere else is not. The trash in the basement (had to park in the basement because I couldn’t open the gate with my fob) was literally overflowing. Hallways are dirty. Elevator is rarely cleaned. -gym is missing weights. I went a few times and couldn’t work my arms because they’re literally missing weights. (They have aloe towels so I guess that’s a pro) -Amenities were closed during COVID, guess who was still paying full price. (Screw unt btw they don’t care about you, same deal with them except they RAISED my tuition.) -Internet service they use flagged my phone as stolen for bs reasons and I had to call to get it fixed. (Not huge deal but cmon) -They changed their parking permit half way through. Not a big deal right, just apply for the new permit. The tow service issued warning via huge stickers on people’s windows that are hard to get off. My friend still hasn’t managed to get his off. -also there arent ever any parking spaces when I get home from work. I’m paying a premium to be able to drive to my floor right? -there’s more but I think if you read this far you get my point. STAY AWAY. Look, the maintenance peeps are chill, I like them, I think they’re understaffed. I’m paying 700 a month for this place. It’s NOT worth 700 a month. The amenities are half baked. Don’t go for student living. It’s not worth it. It’s not worth the headache. It’s not worth the money.
