This apartment is not worth the cost for the square footage you actually get (even the largest floorplan is pretty small). The layout of the apartment is pretty odd, and not conducive to the furniture you'd typically have in a one-bedroom unit - I didn't have a couch when I first moved in, and I still don't have one, because it wouldn't fit very well in the space provided. You do get your own wifi (included with rent), which is pretty fast most of the time, but it doesn't justify paying $870 a month, plus electricity. I've never had as many issues within a single year as I have had at this place. From the very beginning, my dishwasher wasn't working properly, and rather than address the issue, I was told by the staff to try a different detergent...After submitting FOUR maintenance requests, they finally came in and replaced the dishwasher entirely, which was nice, but should have happened earlier (maybe before I moved in?). The same thing happened when my A/C wasn't working - in the end they had to replace it entirely. I also had issues with my washer/dryer and now my oven isn't working. It's just one thing after another. People also tend to be quite loud in the parking lot, which carries easily into the apartments, especially with all the skateboarding that is always going on out there. There is also a really shady Rapido gas station right on the premises, which makes it feel much less safe. I'm very much looking forward to moving to a cheaper apartment in town in a few months (believe me, there are plenty).
