As an apartment shopper, I visit this website occasionally and usually find myself thinking, "Wow these people must have been angry and came to this website only to vent." Bearing that in mind, I lived in this complex for a year, and loved it - in the beginning. My roommate and I moved in as they were still being built and therefore brand new. At that time, everything seemed wonderful. Yes, the staff was and is very helpful and prompt and hasn't changed, as far as I know. However, as for the residents... This property is a low-income qualification property, and attracts just that kind of tenants. As more and more people moved into the complex, it became overrun with kids running around and screaming in the middle of the streets and not moving for cars. There were lots of noisy parties, along with people outside drunkenly yelling and laughing in the parking lots at all hours of the night. The on-site officer moving in did change that a little initially, but the quiet did not last for long. Our next-door neighbor constantly had all kinds of men over at all hours of the day and night (even high schoolers), and it became apparent that she was soliciting *SOMETHING* be it drugs, sex or both. Her toddler constantly screamed bloody murder in the middle of the night, so she would just come into the room, smack him around, and lock him back up. And she was not in the minority as far as the unsavory types who filled the place. We had a junkie bang on our door very late one night, asking us where "Big Ben" was hiding. You may think I sound like a snobby princess. I am simply relaying my experiences as they occurred. While this place was very cheap and the staff was helpful, the other residents were something to fear.
