There´s not a person in my whole building that is renewing their lease when it expires. We have all experienced well above average problems with our apartments. There is a park across the creek and if you thought you were lucky enough to get the buildings facing the park you soon realized you weren´t lucky at all. On most summer weekends there are people in your lawn (literally outside your windows) drinking alchol and, in some cases, urinating against the building. They also park in your designated parking spots directly in front of the "no unauthorized parking...all violators will be towed" sign with the management doing nothing to prevent this. We were lied to at the first visit but wasn´t able to find this out until the date of move in. The appliances are ancient. At least half of the refrigerators are not frost free and the freezers are extremely compact. The freezer door is a plastic door inside of the main fridge door. We have also had problems with maintenance men coming into the apartment without 1) coming in to repair something or 2) first giving us notice. They never even left notes saying they had been inside we only could tell because things would be out of place. The maintenance men also have to come out numerous times to repair something. They either 1) don´t have the right parts to repair or 2) are not qualified to do the repair. Our electric bills have been outrageous due to the fact that our window & door molding/weatherstripping are done so poorly.

<br>I would not recommend renting an apartment from Apple Creek.
