This place was a nightmare! The management is located in Dallas. They really don´t care what the heck is going on at your apt in Denton. Constant complaints and repair requests go ignored for months at a time. To get any kind of response, you have to get downright ugly with them. They have a website to submit requests, but I don´t think they responded to a single one of them. Simple repairs were much easier to handle on my own than to try to harass Worth Ross down in Dallas. I fixed my shower knob, dishwasher, and faucet myself simply because it wouldn´t get done any other way. The "security guard" is a joke. The only thing he´s good for is towing illegally parked cars.
<br>Rent had to be mailed to Dallas from Denton, which you really can´t estimate how long it would take. If your check doesn´t arrive till the second, it´s automatically a $45 late fee. If it arrives early, they cash it anyway. It´s pretty difficult to plan for that when you get paid on the first of every month.
<br>You can hardly ever get anyone on the phone, and when you do, trust me, customer service is not one of their strong points.
<br>I would never rent from any Worth Ross property again. I cringe when I hear the name.
