I live here 6 months, beautiful place, nice, neat and quiet. The office staff said they had me to sign a document when I gave my thirty day notice stating I would be responsible for the carpet, when I was working on other documents. I was relocating to another city and explained the apartment was given back to them as they gave it to me. Because I was not there to do the walk-through I turned in the key and trusted them to do what was right, since it was such a fantastic place to live. They told me I had 71 holes in the wall at a dollar per hole, the carpet was torn and dirty, they charge me for cable and parking which was included in the rent. They told me I signed the document on move but I have proof that I did not sign this document because they told me I signed on a different date of when I gave my thirty day notice. They have placed these charges on my credit report and will not remove them. I have never left an apartment owing any money or in bad condition. The total they say I owe for all of this is $470, "BEWARE" and be very careful. "Food for thought", Esther the manager is an investor.
