Under new management. the old company was family owned and the property managers Beth and Marlene were delightful. The new company is adding fees, adding unnecessary luxury items, raising rents, entering apartments and not leaving notices, and not responding to complaints

We greatly appreciate that we are your favorite community here in Euless. Unfortunately, we did have a back-up last week. We do explain to our residents at move in and on our monthly newsletters not to flush wipies, or any feminine products or napkins down the toilet as it will clog the lines. Once a month we treat the lines with an enzyme treatment.
