There was a management change during the lease. I found the new management to be slow to respond and unprofessional. There were sharp increases in rent for a very mediocre apartment (one of the reasons I left). Maintenance was often entering the apartment with or without notice for whatever reason they wanted. I understand it is in the lease that they do so, however it became excessive and obnoxious, once entering to "oil the door hinges". For these and the other common annoyances: cigarette smoking neighbor that I could always smell, dog scat left around, consistent "upgrades" (such as the paring lot repair fiasco that was poorly handled by the management), I would not recommend Del Prado. Signing a lease with Del Prado turned out to be a regrettable decision for me.
