Resident 2012 - 2013

1/24/2015

These apartments sit back in a cozy little wooded area right off the highway. The only noise was from the train and you could only hear it outside the apartment. I was very impressed with the staff; everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. Sabrina remembered my name after my first visit and small details about myself. Moving into the apartment on the first day I was excited to see that the walls weren't completely white & the carpet was clean and freshly vacuumed. The only gripes that I have about the apartment is that the weather stripping around the front door needed replacing and the toilet was crooked (from foundation shifting). They repaired the foundation and roofing on the entire property about a month after I moved in, so its good to know they are keeping up with the maintenance. I am not a fan of some the other residents in the apartments (loudly playing music in their cars at 11pm at night randomly) although, I did feel very safe because there was security patrol in the apartments. I would definitely recommend these apartments, but just make sure your visitors park in the visitor parking because THEY WILL GET TOWED! It happened to a guest of mine that was only there for 5 hours and cost us over $300 and Capitol Tow was about 40 minutes away and the staff there were a bunch of jerks. The towing is strictly enforced.
